CILICIA. Epiphanea. Marcus Aurelius & Lucius Verus, 161-169. Triassarion (Bronze, 25 mm, 13.17 g, 1 h), CY 229 = 161/2. Α[YΤ] ΚΑΙ Λ Α[Υ]Ρ ΟΥΗΡΟϹ ϹЄΒ ΘΚϹ Radiate head of Lucius Verus to right, with slight drapery on his left shoulder. Rev. ΑΥΤ•ΚΑΙ•Μ•ΑΥΡ•ΑΝΤωΝΙΝ[O]Ϲ•ϹЄΒ•ЄΠΙΦΑΝЄ Radiate and cuirassed bust of Marcus Aurelius to right, seen from behind. RPC IV.3 online 10305.1 = SNG Levante 1817 (same dies). Very rare. Flan crack and with some weakness on the obverse, otherwise, about very fine.
